A positive and significant relationship was found between the participants'
total scores of KAETÖ and BPSÖ. Statistically significant differences were found
between the age ranges, marital status, occupation, marital status of the
participants' parents, socio-economic status, substance use disorder, and
imprisonment (p <00.5). Statistically significant differences were found between
BPSÖ and gender, marital status, place of residence, marital status of the parents
of the participants, substance use disorder, and prison hospitalization (p <00.5).
Conclusion: It was observed that parental attitudes and aggression levels
of criminal prisoners affect each other. Counseling services can be provided to
families to organize their child-rearing styles.
